We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for the management of all our Social Media Direct Messages. This is includes 2 Twitter/X accounts, an Instagram, and a Facebook. With Direct Message volume on average in the 2,000 message range, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud allows us to easily track who has been replied to, provide assistance, and organize the tickets with labels. It's more organized than any of the native platforms, makes our lives easier by keeping it in one place, and allows us to respond right away to provide the best experience to our fans and customers.

  • Would love more robust search parameters for labels. ex. search for tickets labeled 'Availability' AND 'United States' but excluding any that are only one of those labels
  • Ability to break conversations into multiple tickets; so labels can be more accurate if the same person reaches out again after 3 months with a totally different question
  • The social account quick view doesn't always load the follower count for people reaching out to us. it makes it slower to manager messages from high level creators
For all general Direct Message management, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is great. It keeps conversations organized and allows team members to do all their work in one platform.

For public facing social management, there may be some gaps when you are not the top level poster of content, and sometimes gaining context in lengthy exchanges can be easier read on native platforms.

One of the most challenging tasks for social media management is keeping track of multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms. Emplifi is a trustworthy solution that ensures that content is published at the right moment, finding all useful information in the same place. It is making my work much easier and more efficient.

I would recommend Emplifi to a user who has many clients and many social media profiles to handle. At the same time, I think it wouldn't be as necessary for somebody who handles a few profiles or cannot plan its content calendar much in advance, as publishing planning is one of the platform's strongest features.

I use different Dashboards to analyse my freelancers work in the world. It's a big help to also have paid media spends in this as we need to know that the freelancers spend the media budget accordingly.

We use it primarily for quick data about our social media accounts (we currently have over 60 social media profiles). It is also easy to download fast PDF reports or powerpoint data that is easy to modify and adjust according to our needs. We have people from multiple agencies using the platform as well as top management reviewing dashboards.<br>Really nice to search for inspiration and for content we did in the past to use an example for our current digital plans.

I would recommend Emplifi if you work with multple accounts and multiple agencies/people that need access to limited profiles. It is easy to limit who can see what to avoid sharing insights with people that shouldn't have access to. Easy to understand and get a hand on by investigating the suite. Lacks a little if you need someone to give you support through the onboarding process or if you have any problems within the suite, you can contact the chat on the suite but usually takes a while to get back with a solution, or you can hope your account manager its online and willing to help you for him/her to reply to you

I've been a user of Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for 3 years now and it was initially brought in because we were looking for an all-in-one solution for a client. Sprinklr was not only confusing and convoluted, but very expensive. After researching a number of solutions, we had an excellent demo and a 2-week trial of the tool. After the trial, we decided to move forward with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud because we needed a centralized platform to manage all of our social media accounts, in particular, TikTok. Not only could we schedule posts, respond to customer comments, but also monitor metrics and even perform social listening. All of these capabilities were within the tool. Lastly, we also use it for competitive benchmarking to get a better understanding of brand metrics and even plan for upcoming holiday campaigns.

For those looking to move to a more streamlined solution that is intuitive, easy to work with, and account management that is responsive - Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is a great solution. They particularly excel for brands that have a separate team that handles community management vs. guest service. We have two teams that have two different objectives and the way the tool is designed is perfect for our needs. Both can play in the sandbox at the same time to achieve their objectives. We didn't have that capability with other solutions. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is definitely more suited to brands that need an all-in-one solution. If you're only looking for Social listening or Content Planning and Scheduling, I wouldn't recommend this tool for one-offs.

Since I work as analyst for a communication agency, with a focus on social media management, I need a tool to monitor social performance and do my reports. In the past the analytics section was the unique useful for my job, today we use the content section since we need to match the data export with other data taken from other platforms ex. Meta Business Manager. For our department adv campaign management and results are strongly linked to social performance so we need to show organic and paid data together with a specific focus on campaign.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud- or Socialbakers a few years ago - is a very handy tool for me to handle community requests, manage my social media editorial schedule, and evaluate almost all the activity I manage on social networks. It's important to me that I use a tool that covers all these different aspects of being a social media manager, and that I don't have to switch back and forth between different tools. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud offers me exactly that, and except for a few cuts (mostly due to the API of the respective networks), I have everything covered that I need in my everyday work.

I currently work with Emplifi to Social Media Management and Measurement, so scheduling and publishing, managing the incoming conversations with all the company social media profile, analysis, reports also help with relevant data to planning our strategy. Emplifi has simplified things massively, as we have more than 500 profiles to manage. Its a user-friendliness and great customer support.

Emplifi has allowed our team to function exactly as we need. We don't have a dedicated social media manager, so the use of approval work flows has allowed us to request content creation by team members who aren't experts in social media writing. As a global organization, we closely monitor what our subsidiaries are posting by adding their "public profiles" to our account and reviewing their content feeds. Prior to using Emplifi, this was a very manual process of finding each subsidiary in the native platforms. Lastly, we truly value the labeling functionality. We categorize each post by topic and campaign, which makes dashboard creation and reporting very quick and easy.

It allows people from different departments or with different skillsets to contribute content for consideration. There is no limit on the number of people who can be in the platform, so you can open it up to Customer Service and Product Development in addition to a marketing team.

We use it to support our social media strategy (organic and paid). The linking capabilities to different social channels and different engagement measurements is great for what we need. We use it to address reach and engagement on a post by post basis.

Emplifi works very well for us on a day-to-day basis. We manage all the brand's networks, from scheduling publications to obtaining reports on a specific date. For the search of influencers it helps us to have greater clarity in the categories that we are looking for to later do an advanced search. Would I recommend it? Yes.

The Socialbakers Suite is being mainly used by our Social Analytics team in terms of monitoring and analyzing our own social pages compared to our line of business competitors. The tool addresses the capability of combining all pages by line of business in one view and the ability to create a dashboard and analyze performance across competitors.

Socialbakers Suite is really suited to address dashboard monitoring tools for businesses with multiple pages. It has the ability to gauge your own performance versus pre-identified competitors. The ability to tag posts makes it seamless in organizing data sets for future campaign analyses.

I think for smaller clients (under 500K followers), it's a good tool. It's great from an approval process standpoint, which is a new feature added. My account manager has been fantastic in answering all of my questions and concerns, which has made the process smoother. We did get the tool for its influencer search, which is something we haven't used as frequently.

Socialbakers Suite is being used by our Social Marketing team for analysis purposes. We had trouble with getting a good and automatic overview of our social media efforts. We went with weekly/monthly reports that combined data from our social media(Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and our own content marketing blog) sources. The report was compiled by hand and it took about 2 hours for each weekly report. We tried to automate the process by getting the data straight from social media platform APIs but that didn't work out because they are with quite limited use.

Socialbakers enabled us to combine data from Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram (we chose not to monitor Twitter) and display it on dashboards which were easy to use for our social marketing team.

  • Some basic functionality is behind a (huge)paywall - for example, API connection to get the data from Socialbakers to your own data storage.
  • Their pricing is rigid. Same pricing for big markets (Western Europe) and small markets (Eastern Europe). Even though the budgets and markets are way different.
  • Got a vibe of arrogance from customer support when asking for custom widgets and custom plan for extra modules. I'm not going to pay 2000€ a month for target group insights when my potential customer base is ~1 million people.
Socialbakers Suite enables users to get a quick overview of how your social media platforms are performing. The user interface is quite comfortable and clear. Analytics enables users to drill down into data to get useful insights.
We don't use the publishing tool, but that's only because we have other worked out processes already implemented - but I've been told by our social media managers that the tool seems good for managing content creators and publishing post across platforms. It also has a convenient calendar function - but we prefer Facebook own variant.
If you want to get some more insightful(custom) data on your dashboards then you can dream on. As far as I can tell Socialbakers is not interested in developing those options.

Our team used Socialbakers Analytics from 2015 - 2016 for social media competitive analysis. Socialbakers offered great reports and insight into how our social media channels compared to the channels of our competitors. The business concerns that Socialbakers addressed for our company was making sure that we kept up with how our competitors were using social media to reach their customers. In most cases we stayed competitive with our competition on social media but Socialbakers showed us several metrics we could improve on.
  • Competitive Analysis was a strong point for Socialbakers when comparing our metrics to our competitors.
  • Facebook Ad analysis was helpful through Socialbakers because it showed us how our ads could perform better.
  • Accurate metrics for Facebook in particular with Socialbakers since Socialbakers is a close partner of Facebook.
  • Socialbakers could have more support based in the United States. We ran into an issue with scheduling time for update calls and receiving feedback from emails because our representative was based on another continent.
  • Socialbakers could offer some additional features that set them apart from their competitors.
  • Socialbakers could be in better contact with their customers from a sales manager and an account manager position.
Socialbakers Analytics is well suited to compare your business' social media channels to the channels of your competitors.

We've deployed Socialbakers analytics to all of our community managers, to regional digital leads and to the central social media team. We use it to monitor performance on key KPIs including engagement and response rate. It is equally used to benchmark performance both internally across regions and markets and also with external industry and non industry pages. The content news feed function is used to allow community managers to see what content is getting good results for their colleagues in other markets.

Its great if you have a large brand universe with many pages on many platforms and you need to create different levels of reporting. Community Managers look in detail at their performance, Regional leads can look at a snapshot of how their region is doing and as the Global social lead I can get the overall picture but also drill down to understand what's driving the results.

SocialBakers Analytics is our main platform to analyse and centralize the insights of our various social media platforms. It also allows us to benchmark all our principal competitors and compare with the average of our market. It's a real-time decision making tool that helps us maintain the highest level of engagement with our communities and response rate from the team. It's used by the whole social media department in order to share social media insights with the rest of the company, board included.
  • Engagement Rate is clearly defined in SocialBakers and can be compared with competitors. Its definitely a metric and not only a concept in this platform.
  • Response Rate Insight give us a clear insight of the performance of our team in order to maintain the quality of service we provide to fans/communities/customers.
  • Presentation of data in SocialBakers Analytics platform is complete and simple at the same time, the tool can be used by social media expert and newbies at the same time.
  • Not all the Asian social media platforms are included as of July 2015 (but they are working on it)
  • Mobile app is a bit limited and not so easy to use as the web version.

Socialbakers has given us an easy-to-use and powerful tool to ensure that we can effectively quantify our brands' performance on Facebook, as well as how we stack up against our competitors.
